for being the key interface for new and existing customers between field sales,
service and engineering to coordinate system design, delivery and
installation. Manage logistics of
complex installations. Design and review
system configurations. Provide email and phone support and when needed travel
to customer locations and trade shows (10 – 25% travel domestic and
international). Maintain CRM records to
ensure customer expectations are met. Review order backlog, manage timelines
and ship dates.
have a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude. Must be a team player with strong
communication, technical problem solving, multi-tasking, computer, project and time
management skills. Experience with CAD
software required (SolidWorks is preferred).
Experience with CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. Experience with vibration control,
semiconductor equipment, materials research, cell biology, or electron-beam
imaging instrumentation is a plus.
and a minimum of three years of customer-facing experience in a high-tech
environment is required.
